At Fit4Baby, you can workout with other expecting moms in a supportive environment. Exercise modifications are already built into the workouts because, well, everyone is already pregnant! Our certified instructors will listen to your concerns and make changes as necessary. We'll push you when you can be pushed and modify things for you when you want to slow it down.
Fit4Baby classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balance exercises.
